Please contact our office to schedule an appointment. In addition to serving the Houston area, our physician also serves the Cy-Fair, Cypress, Bear Creek and West Houston areas. We provide 24-hour coverage for our patients. If you have an emergency, you may reach us by calling the main number, shown above. Follow the instructions given, to either leave a message, or, in case of a true emergency, to page the doctor. Your call will be returned promptly. Prescription refills are made during normal business hours only.
Fee’s
All fee’s are subject to change without notice as fee schedules are updated yearly.
- Request for medical records/xrays – $30
- Missed/Cancelled appointments w/o 24 hours notice – $50
- Missed/Cancelled procedures w/o 24 hours notice – $100
- FMLA /Disability paperwork – $30
- Unpaid/Delinquent balances – 40% collection fee
